ASSOC. PROF. PROF. DR. ALPER ŞENER / CONFERENCE CHAIR

Assoc. Dr. Alper ŞENER was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1972. He graduated from Izmir Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine in 1996. In 2004, Izmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine He completed his specialization in Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology. In 2006, he started to work as a founding lecturer at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Medicine. He held various administrative positions and positions (deputy chief physician, faculty board member, head of the department, ethics committee member, medical education accreditation commission chair, etc.). In 2014, he received the title of associate professor and is still in the same university. Also, he is still the hospital blood center manager and chairman of the infection control committee. In 2007, Alper Şener completed the International HIV Training Program in NIH Maryland-Bethesda / USA with ISID scholarship. The European Union in 2013 "development projects of blood banking in Turkey" "eubıs, Competent Authority Inspectors Training Program for Establishment of Blood" took place as educators. In 2014, he took part in the Ministry of Health of Turkey's joint project, the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia. He worked as a trainer and team leader in the field training project of the health personnel related to MERS CoV. In 2014, she received advanced hospital infection epidemiology training with ESMID-SHEA scholarship. Training Course in Hospital Epidemiology: Applied received Infection Control Module. It was made in 2016 by the Gilead Turkey project at the competition 'Hasta genotyping of HCV Infections in dialysis and obtaining primary drug resistance' to 'Gilead Fellowship' award. EU ERASMUS (2018-1-TR01-KA204-059639) is an executive in the Up-Skilling elders in digital health literacy to prevent marginalization and exclusion projects. EU – ERASMUS (2017-1-TR01-KA203-045990) is an assistant researcher in the Therapeutic effects of apitherapy in higher education projects. He has 51 international publications in his field. Forty-one of them are in SCI. H index is 12. He is married and has two children.
